Total bs. Bush did not release all his records to the public, they were displayed in a room and select reporters couldn't even copy them. Bush is such a coward that he can't own up to his own serious failings.

Bush must have failed AA as well and, I'll bet, drinks on the sly....Laura should check the mouthwash and rubbing alcohol levels in the medicine cabinet. That would explain why he chokes on pretzels and has to be rescued by dogs.
