Beat me to it! I noticed the same trendline and 9 quarter pattern when I first eyeballed that graph.

The question the ultrabears will be asking will be whether this is the time when the LT trendline finally breaks. Always a possibility.

My own view is that if it holds in the 12-13 range, that could represent a nice bottom. If it breaks below 12, then there isn't a whole lot to hold it for a long, long ways down.
