I kinda think a big group of people vote based on what kerry tells them he is going to do... like prescriptions and get prices for elderly that are competitive with canada. elderly vote kerry who believe him. next nev. and not store all the by product from nuke plants in their state... state goes to kerry. even though he supported the poject to move this stuff to Nev. earlier. cut taxes for lower income.. now that gets a lot of attention for lower income folks... teachers... take the master charge card and spend it as you like.. wow teachers vote for Kerry. tg we got independents who may spend some time to look into each promise on both sides and see if any substance and vote accordingly.
