Art: I noticed your a long time shareholder here. I have recently been watching this company and doing my DD without actual phone calls to the company. Now I see its time for a few calls to the company. I must say I am very impressed with the products and the latest news releases. After reading all the post since 001 and looking into all the latest News/Sec filings/and more, its looking very positive. One of the biggest questions I have is the shares out and exactly who "might" owns possibly a private placement in latter months. I say PP stock because of the what I see as the "high level of news" and the churning of shares. Yes, like most stocks the MM's can keep a heavy foot on the brakes, especially BB stocks as you well know. But the day of the release about NextLevel giving up a few bucks was very disturbing. 8/05/97 1 11/16 1 9/16 1 3/4 1 9/16 389,900 8/04/97 1 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 1 13/32 33,300 At the end of the 3rd day after the news, it fell back to 1 1/2. This total volume from 8/6 thru 8/8 was about 200k, and I find it a little disturbing in light of what I read in the release. Like I said, very impressed with the technology and the companies onboard. Looking forward to keeping in touch here and possibly a buyer in the near term. I plan on making a few calls this week and will report anything that has not been mentioned. I definitely want to address the comments made by Anthony on "rely # 353" btw...as of 8/15/97 Market Guide has 3 buy ratings for this month and the last. It doesn't mean that much, but its always been a fair indicator for me to at least research the company further. Regards Temp'
