I have been a shareholder of DCIC since May and have been following these boards daily but have not posted much. In my opinion, this news is bigger than anybody could have expected. There is little use in speculating who will win out more, DCIC or FTEL. They both are big winners. This news immediately establishes FNET as a major national presence. The release states that the system is targeted to begin on August 9. These two great companies are sure moving quickly to make their presence known.
