Fundamentals make stock prices go up. This company has nothing to offer an investor except a pile of losses and missing history of the company's operations. If I could short this stock, I would. If these guys manage to get the price above $5, I will mortgage the farm and short this. Only profits will keep the price at any respectable level for any real time period. I believe Riley accumulated a large amount of stock and is now hoping all of you will help his retirement nest egg by bidding up the price. Anyone who asks you to buy at any price, regardless of the fundamentals, is simply taking your money. And when the company runs into trouble, let's hope you have your certificates in hand or you'll be left holding the bag......big time. And as usual, I neither solicit nor recommend sale or purchase of this security. The opinions are purely my own, and are not intended to be investment advice But the smell of this is enough to gag a maggot.
