If I'm downchain from someone like that, I'd much prefer he play with himself 24/7 rather than take any action in any direction. Much more secure for me that way. <g>

Remember, I'm the gal who routinely votes for Candidate Gridlock so I clearly don't consider government inaction necessarily a Bad Thing.
