I'm not addressing this particular comment so much as adding to the string.

I've heard all the Wintel vs. Sun hype and I figure that Sun will have a long haul to bring down Intel and Microsoft, in a business sense. I'm not claiming to be a technical expert, but I think there are market niches which still require products from all three companies for quite awhile. Sun Microsystems seems to come across as brash and cocky until you realize that they always perform.

Since I believe that this is an investor based forum, I would like to note that SUNW reports Net Accounts Receivable on each quarterly report. This can often be used as a guide to predict revenue for the upcoming quarter, especially when you look at the trend for the last 5 years (20 reports). Actual results may not match predictions, but it sure looks like a very strong 1st quarter is coming.

Any feedback?
