How much upside do you think IOM still has?
Monday morning I am going to start dumping everything I have and start going short symc. I figure they cost me around 50k with their games and this just might be the ticket to make some of it back. After all with something like a hammer hanging on their heads the smart money is going to be pretty cautious trying to support a stock that when you look deeper finds that they are loosing market share in all their major products, the JAVA stuff's getting a lot of competition from microsoft, corel and every name you can think off, I didnt think much of their c+ packagae since they had a multiply long bug which made the entire package useless and they woudnt fix it. Their nt utilities are dying a quick death, loosing big market share in the network security to trend, solly, mcaf and others. The delrina stuff dosent even break even and they been selling some of their divisions to make revenue.
But the main kick is, some of them been taunting me like hell if I said anything negative about the company even though I was long symc for ages now I get to pay them all a little back. The chart looks lik ethey are at a double top and this will just break it into a down turn. The last desperate act by a company to stay in business. Look at QDEK's history, both seems very similar.

I would be surprised if 20 dosent get taken out pretty fast probebally by tomorrow itself and end up around 14 in a few weeks when some of the smart money starts looking at the holes and finds all the bugs. Maybe one of the side effects would be all the short fat men will get off APM's back and go jump on SYMC now. Lets see how fast the fleas jump off the sinking ship.
