McCain is forever in McCain's camp period. Bush considers him high maintance and is unwilling to coddle him. All McCain wants his to be put on a pedestal and worshiped. Bush refuses to play along and does not understand how McCain could be so self serving in today's times.

PS You have to remember who you are dealing with in Bush. This is a guy who put multi million dollar baseball players in their place, and refused to be maniplilated by them.
