Tonto and all: I have been looking at this one as a short side target. I will give it a whack tommorrow. Tonto you are correct about the pattern of hyping and questionable press releases citing big contracts with unnamed companies. Check out the July 25 release stating AVNT had "won" a court decision. The decision was a stay. The release portrays this as a major victory. They simply have been granted some time. No reason for the stay was mentioned and it could be any number of reasons. I would not feel I had won a court victory in similar circumstances until I felt my case was in a more favorable light. Simply saying my lawyer won a big one for me I am going to be tried later instead of sooner for exactly the same charges is stretching the term won quite a bit. All the Best Druss
