Droog,
According to MVIS Annual Report 1996, the highest exercise price of the warrants issued (and there are a lot of different classes), is $8. I suppose, but am not sure about it, the actual warrants quoted on NASDAQ are the same that were issued during the public offering in August last year. There is mention about some series of warrants that have had their exercise price adjusted upwards. Has this been the case with the august 1996 issue?

On the assumption that the exercise price IS $8, your calculation would give the warrants a maximum price of $16.

A part from that, I liked your calculations and assumptions. Straight forward and without mucking about. Thanks! However, we will have to get the basics right, i.e. have the figures verified by "someone".

Sk†l igjen!

Kim

PS: I still see the MVIS share as being the source of eternal riches in the long run, but can't help observing that the warrants have made the best %-performance during these last glorious weeks. And further: MVIS at $24 by 2001 will be a piece of cake. Easy as pie. Chickenfeed. Only the first letter.
