Roger, Kopstein of OCCF has been overtly promoting short squeezes for at least a year now; see occfiber.com, but this may be the first mailing to all holders asking them to take delivery of the stock. I got mine in the mail from my broker just yesterday (I boxed this short earlier in the year as I got nervous about the high ratio of short to float). If he drives it back up to 20 it might be time to short again; he must intend to distribute some stock if he can get it high enough. -- Shoe
