I was watching the local news...kerry visited our area then headed to Portland. Addressing the invited guests, he seems sincere, he's very articulate, but not inspiring, IMO. His enthusiasm seemed forced. I think he's kind of lowkey and out of his element. Next on came Bush during his Portland OR swing today - wow, what a difference in him as well as the contrast to Kerry. He just seemed so in his element the crowd was enthusiastic. Of course heaven only knows what he was saying; there was no sound. He appeared confident, relaxed and a man thoroughly enjoying himself - a sharp contrast to a few weeks ago.
You are correct, there is no mainstream report about Bush. It could be rumor. Or it could be fear of reprisal. Truly, however, Bush looked like a different person tonight on the clips. No matter, what he has done to this country is so destructive that I still don't like him.
If he is on something, I'm thinking Kerry could use it just to give himself some pizzaz- the kind that his wife, Theresa exudes. She's a dazzling star. She even went over to Bush supporters and shook their hands. That woman rocks! She's 65??!! even on the local tv with bad lighting, she looks gorgeous, great hair, too! I wish I'd been invited to the festivities, just to meet her. |
