I think there needs to be an overall strategy... Someday, people will begin to realize there has been a excellent strategy for the ME. I'm sure you realize that Iran is nearly encircled now, don't you? I do realize that. What is it about the word, overall, that you don't get? I don't doubt that the military has plan for its part of the effort. Now, what is the plan for dealing with the madrassas in Pakistan or the Saudi academy down the road from me? And what is the plan for tracking aliens in this country? Hmmmm? It does strike me odd that you haven't any idea, based on his past performance over the last 25 years. I take your point, but most of the reason for my not having any idea is that I haven't paid attention to Kerry for any of those 25 years, including this one. I can't tell him from any other Senator. So part of the reason for the unknown is on him, as you suggest, but a bigger part of it is on me. I haven't tried to get to know him. I also note tonight that 70,000 military will be leaving Europe soon. I'm glad to hear that.
