Don't pin all your hopes on this book. This could backfire. People may view these charges as dirty politics. If it wasn't for the Swiftboaters I would never have looked into Kerry's war record.

Now that I have, I see the contrast between his committment to serve his country in a combat situation and question those that chose to duck combat for themselves and choose to send other people's children to war.
