I am sure that an attitude of gratitude is the glue that is so necessary to acceptance that directs us to attainment of peace and security in Christ. I so often forget this principle and it causes me to be an ineffective tool in the ministry of the Lord. I believe that perhaps many of us suffer from acts of vain glory when we forget that many are infected with man made tradition that can only be broken by God himself. Maybe he does not want us to preach eschatological truth to those who may be going to hell in their comfortable little boat of traditional thinking. What else can I think? It is offered freely but it is never appreciated as most even refuse to read or listen to pure Scripture that disproves their false beliefs. I have been thinking lately that I just need to strengthen myself spiritually for the many ills that await all of us in this world of deceit and warmongering. What else can we do? How do we preach understanding to those who make a mockery of us and scorn us because they have shut there minds to further instruction? Show me a man who is willing to listen and I will show you a man who God has not given up on. Regards to all, James
