You're right, we wouldn't necessarily. But I think the WH would be talking about a broader strategy if they had one. All we hear about is the military aspect. From which one can infer that all they have is the military aspect. I know that a lot of people here act like the military aspect is the whole ball of wax.

I don't know what to do about the madrassas. But I would think that the madrassas are at least a big a risk to us as WMD in Iraq. So the administration should be putting at least as much energy into dealing with them as they did into Iraq. If they were, we'd hear something about it.
