Matthews has been tough on Kerry, quit lying.
Despite Kerry's stellar performance wowing the cadets at The Citadel on Hardball, Matthews continues to criticize Kerry over the following months for not having a clear point of view on Iraq. As it turned out, Kerry's conditional view on Iraq (invade only as a last resort fully prepared with maximum amount of allies) was 100% right.
