OBL didn't theorize the US would colonize the ME. He said we already had and demanded all Americans leave the ME. Furthermore, he said his movement would drive us out. We would leave with our cowardly tails between our legs, he said. The retreat you recommend would be trumpeted as a major victory for OBL's cause.
