They may not be voting in the elections. But majority of the Americans get their news from foreign sources also. When we see Bush visiting these countries under very strict security arrangements, we would like to know why.

The upcoming elections will be one the like of which we have not seen before.

For example, Bush and Cheney are addressing crowds on the stump which are "by invitation only." People who are being asked to sign "affidavit of support" They are already sensing something unusual going on even here in the US, leave alone Europe.
