We were told by the US media that Al Zarqawi's folks had congregated in Fallujah. Based on intelligence from local agents, the US carried out arial strikes on some houses which was reported as sheltering terrorists. Turns out that the US missiles had struck houses of innocent civilians and the terrorists who were in Fallujah were unharmed. These actions caused a general outcry against the US and also helped the terrorist cause of resistance to US.

In the face of this delicate situation, the US military finally had to turn to a Baathist General. The terrorists continue to thrive in Fallujah with the blessing of the Baathists. They were not brought to justice there. And By the way have you figured out who Al Zarqawi is? Is he a fictitious figure to symbolize general Iraqi resistance to US occupation?
