"inconsequential skrimish" and "minor skrimish". You think Tim Russert looked at this as one and the same and hence thought that it was not worth a question.

Bush has not done anything significant to benefit this country overall. I am sure Tim Russert realizes that we need to discuss issues which would serve the interest those who watch his show. And hence he did not bother to discuss such frivolous issues and instead ask questions on subject we are interested in.
