Thanks for the link. I sure hope we in the States don't get so silly. Our drivers licenses have to show the entire head.....so should immigration papers and registration, IMO....As I said, if people don't like the rules, they don't have to come to the country. Nothing is forcing them.

Ears and hair are not considered facial features.
