The number of insured Americans has slipped as well. I don't recall the stats though. Health care should be a big priority in this election. An illness can be financially devastating even if you are covered. I have deductibles on my pharmacy, and the doctor has to choose drugs from a pharmacy list if I want to pay the cheaper price.
