"Ongoing concern" is a term used by auditors to describe a high probability of a company failing. And yes, a 10Q is a quartely report that can be viewed from a number of places such as 10K wizard.com, edgar-online.com, freeedgar.com or from the company website. Reading 10Q's helps put me to sleep -g-
