Concerning the bond market, as I look at the charts it seems to be showing a deflationary picture for the future and that would be bullish for bonds (and real estate secondary to decreasing interest rates. I thought I might have missed the june 03 low in interest rates.) It seems that gold and oil and the commodities are in a short, possibly long, term downtrend and that also is deflationary. The TIPS are also pointing to lower CPI readings. My question is have we peaked in the inflationary period and are we currently in a deflationary period sooner than expected?
