Bill Clinton was a pot-smoker, draft-dodger, adulterer, protested his own country on foreign soil, etc. It didn't matter. These elections are about the incumbent. Clinton won because America decided Bush had failed. Kerry will win if they judge this Bush to be a failure. It's really that simple. Steve Dietrich
