Re: Insider selling at Lidak. Sorry, I forgot to mention this earlier. The insider who sold was Timothy Russell. He was listed in the Notice of the annual meeting in Jan. 1997 as owning 164,735 shares, up from 149,792 shares in Jan. 1996 and 139,883 shares in 1995. He sold 5,000 shares. Not exactly dumping, IMO.
