We waited patiently for 14 years for SH to abide by the UN resolutions which he repeatedly disobeyed. 14 years is a long time. 14 years doesn't indicate acting with haste. The European members of the security council are nuts to allow SH 20 years or 30 years to hopefully start complying and not kicking inspectors out of the country. The last UN resolution with regards Iraq allowed the use of all means necessary. We had the coop. of the UN and the resolution necessary to end the cease fire agreement and resume hostilities.
