Once a guy has been President for four years, you can judge him by his acts, not his rhetoric. 9/11 occurred on Bush's watch, after he had been warned by Clinton and his own people about AQ, and did less than nothing, actually cutting anti-terror spending prior to 9/11. He correctly pursued AQ into Afghanistan, then attacked Iraq before finishing the job. Iraq was a complete mistake of a war, for why we went in, what the expectations were and what the outcome would be. He claims he's "made America safer", yet most people feel LESS secure. He's the only President to "pay" for a war with tax cuts. Despite claiming the tax cuts would stimulate the economy, they went to the wrong people and have been a failure too, since the economy is poor and getting worse. All in all, the worst four years I've lived through as an American.
