my vote budget to enforce immigration laws. I do not think it is fair for these people to come over here on a visit and stay while others in their country are trying to follow the program to immigrate to our country. Once they arrive out they walk and never to seen again by law unless they get into trouble. then of course we have read where immigration will not even come down to a jail to pick them up and they get released. follow road map for peace process. I expect it has details like lay down your arms vs throw money in their to improve the situation without a peace process up front.
