That's interesting since I heard applause for O'Neill but thought the Kerry crowd was louder. O'Neill appeared to notice boos at times during his responses but he carried on. If Star Trek's time machine was indeed possible, I would have warped into the crowd & smacked a few of those arrogant Yalies. LOL (It's Cavett's alma mater as well as Kerry--of course O'Neill graduated from Annapolis.)

My favorite line from O'Neill was when he mentioned Lt Calley followed by Lt Kerry and said "but maybe they're interchangeable". Meaning they had both irreparably besmirched the U.S. military.
