I see nothing wrong with using the tax loopholes you wrote about as long as one is legitimately eligible for them.

Likewise I see nothing wrong with using three PHs to get out of Nam on a loophole and don't understand why you bothered to ask that question.

Were you were creating a little demoesque smoke screen?

Because I do see a helluva lot wrong with manipulating the system to get three unearned Purple Hearts so you could use the PH loophole to get out of nam.
