The fact is Kerry did not command PCF 94 on January 29, 1969. Peck did. That is the same action in which Alston was wounded and Kerry was not the skipper. His boat 44 was not even in the engagement. The have been many pics of me taken on Mike Boats, Tenders , LSTs, LPHs and an Aircraft Carrier, among many other pics, yet I was only assigned to one of the boats. I have pics of me with artillery units and I wasn't in artillery ...pictures of me with a tank crew and I wasn't a tanker. Pics of me with C-Bees and I wasn't a C-Bee. The list goes on and on. One pic with a guy in it is meaningless. Alston's records should be produced as well. It is their claim, not mine and their claim is fishy. The Dems are very good at deciding what the meaning of "is" "is". I am a professional criminal investigator and I know what records are and I know what proofs are. At this point Kerry and Alston need to prove their claims. But only because Kerry has lied so much already. Otherwise he would have been given a pass by the public.
