Yes, i can easily see society
becoming more and more simple
As you said, it is a function
of an aging population.
(with the exception of medical costs)

And it is insane not to be that way
in this world of very limited and
expensive resources

Houses will become much smaller.
It will be like those big gas guzzlers of
the 50's and 60's compared to the Hondas
of recent vintage.

I think this re bubble, and my expected
popping of it, may well be the catalyst
that begins this movement of which we speak
