In every real estate transaction I have participated in, the agents on both sides more than earned their commisions- In fact the transactions never would have been completed without a lot of hard work on both sides. A hard working, ethical and able agent is invaluable. One has to be able to recognize the liars and incompetents and the bs they spew out. A good agent is first and foremost interested in his reputation for clients will seek him out
