No, I don't think the SBVFT are lying. I've ordered the book from the King County library. Evidently the original printing was only 2000....and now, 250,000 more are evidently being printed.
LindyBill's thread, Politics for Pros, has had many many columns and much discussion for the last 10 days or so on the book, and happenings. For instance, Kerry's campaign has already changed the Cambodia date that Kerry swore for years happened (Christmas eve 1968)....It didn't happen as he said, and possibly didn't happen. Period. Odd that something that had been "seared, seared, seared, seared" in his mind and in many speeches over the years....became...well, kindly said....just wrong.
I have bookmarked the Fact Check site, both the SBVFT and the site in general....It will be interesting to check what it says, with some of the other media out there....<ggg> |
