Dana Milbank mocked Bush in this article you posted, I agree with Pipes and Malkin.

Hey, you don't need to persuade me. I've been on record a long time as calling for him to frame the enemy more accurately.

BTW, I heard one of his ads the other day in which he said "bring them to justice." Besides conjuring up the wrong paradigm, the expression sounds so "off."

The "bring them to justice" part just hangs there like a wet noodle. It sounds like "we cannot hesitate, we cannot yield" all big and tough followed by "we must, like, slap their faces." He really should fix that.
