LOL, like anyone needs proof of poor planning in Iraq?

I remember the first stories of Iraqi reaction to the early bumbling of the occupation. At first, they assumed it was America being tough, deliberately dragging our feet on the relief and reconstruction efforts. They could not believe that the mighty America they had feared so long could be so...incompetent. Believe it, with the neocons 'planning' the task.

We've shown that we can blow things up, but that we can't put them back together.
