The "Delete" link now works when reading a private message.

As on the current system, it's not really deleted. The folder number it's associated with is changed to "3", which is accessible as the "Trash" folder here but won't be accessible on the new system until I've decided how best to deal with "deleted" messages. Not a Pre-GL issue.
