i understand where he transferred to he was not qualified for the planes in that unit hence no need to take medical. also guard would not train him on a new plane as they have flyer with many more years left so they would get more out of training new flyers vs bush and then after training him his enlistment would be up. Now i remember seeing Ala person at unit on Fox saying Bush reported into him. We had nothing for him to do. He would be in the next room reading manuals most of the time. This seems more like the situations i remember when someone missed a drill and made it up at another unit. do not know anything about the last section of your post , first i heard of it. do you have a web site .
