Chris, I admire your decision. But if you don't mind my asking, do you have any children? If so, do you think your new home is going to provide a good environment to raise the next generation? Part of the reason why I want to stay in the Boston area is because of my kid(s). Otherwise, I could have easily quit my job and go live like a king in a third world country with the small savings that I have.
