Mike, I don't think CVD is a commodity product if you are dealing in the area of .35u and below, above that it may very well be. The narrower the geometry gets the more advanced the CVD needs to be. True more people are getting into the CVD market, but in the .35u and below arena, it's the technology that's going to count and not who has the lowest price. As u very well know the name of the game is Cost Of Ownership which includes yeild. Here again one of my favorite companies will have a butt kicking product in 1997. dave PS, NTAP made a nice recovery today with Alex brown and Lehman coming out with strong buys. I hear rumors that another major brokerage will be covering them real soon. Earnings on the 14th. maybe participating in the conf call will help with your research. dave
