When Bill O'Reilly condemned the SmearVets you know it's all over. Posing as a moderate sometimes, O'Reilly is fairly rightwing. He will usually defend Bush until it becomes painfully obvious that he cannot or he will lose his credibility with moderates.

However O'Reilly allowed a rightwinger to sub for him the other day who was actively promoting the Smearvets lies and slandering Kerry. As it turns out, not a single SmearVet claim has any merit at all. They owe us all a big apology, but especially a very big one to the heros they slandered. There may be a libel case after the election. If I were Kerry I would sue in December just to teach these schmucks a lesson they'll never forget. Don't tread on our heros, Texas. And BTW don't gouge us at the pump either. Amazing the gouging going on since Bush took power.
