Negative, Pine. He has NOT signed a form 180 (neither candidate has).

The newsmax link you provided does not say he has EITHER. (Read it word-for-word. Nowhere does it say that the President signed the standard form 180 --- which would release ALL of his records.)

Merely claiming to have released 'all your records' is not exactly the same thing as signing a form which gives anyone a RIGHT to request your records under the FOA.

If Bush had signed a 180, then why would he be fighting the AP's request in court --- which asks for the exact same documents?

Furthermore: the WH has NEVER said that the 180 was signed. (They have refused to answer any questions on the subject.)
