No one said the flights didn't exist. But real pilots have testified that Arab hijackers could never have flown those jets with such precision into the targets. Especially the very nimble and difficult line of flight the Pentagon "jet" flew just before impact. Pilots have said no less than a trained military fighter pilot could have done that. Lots of questions but all swept under the "rug" ( 9-11 Commission whitewash). And I don't personally think Bush is the mastermind of anything, he's not smart enough.
