One of the issues in the elections is the withdrawl and redeployment of troops worldwide. FOX News and the right wing media is extensively quoting Kerry's interview where he expressed his support for troop reduction. What they are not reporting is that Kerry did not say that he would do so now. At issue is not the troop withdrawl from Ramstein but the troop withdrawl from the DMZ. While Bush advocates "pre emptive" strike for Iraq, why is he following a policy of pre-emptive concession in the Korean peninsula is what we wonder. Or is this a precursor to Bush introducing the draft should he be reselected?
