A couple CC notes: - Will add several customer-facing sales personnel despite job cuts in other areas, with an emphasis to growing revenues faster than in the past. Will hire a Chief Mktg Officer, to sell Nortel's wonderful products better than in the past. - $450M-$500M cost reductions, some R&D cuts in legacy systems. - Wireless will be relatively unaffected by the cuts, as will be any convergence efforts. - Cuts will be focused, particularly in NA. - Job Cuts will be in management and will not impact ability to grow revs. - Growth will continue in all geographic regions. They are seeing continued upward momentum in UMTS. Q&A up now.
