This is very interesting (especially from one who claims ignorance of the meaning of FUD), but the valuation of the company is not going to be determined by the documents you have linked to - they are a distraction. Take a look at CREE for instance - a large case filed against the company and co-founders - the stock dropped QUITE a bit, but since the case has been dropped, the stock is right back where it was. (a bit overvalued, but I digress) Is is your position that the stock is going into the tank if this case is lost? Why?? In what way would the fundamentals of the company be affected? JKS
